Woman's Self Defense

This workshop is perfect for:

What you will learn in 2-hours:

  • Quick, powerful physical maneuvers to protect yourself
  • How to use the environment around you to protect yourself, such as using everyday items within your purse
  • A basic understanding of potential attackers and what attracts them to potential victims
  • Should you run or fight back?  We'll help you determine which is right!

Frequently asked questions:

  • Do I need to be in shape?
    Absolutely not! The techniques taught are less about force/exertion and more about specific techniques/joint manipulations. People of all levels of athletic ability will benefit from this class.
  • Can I really learn everything I need to know in just 2 hours?
    While this training could never guarantee your safety, you will learn skills that will greatly increase your chances of staying safe. More advanced seminars are available for futher study--or join the school and learn this Traditional Discipline.
