The martial art of Okinawan Shorin Ryu is passed on to students over the course of many sessions. Students train to improve their strength, speed, technique, and execution under the tutelage of licensed instructors. The training sessions provide a holistic approach to fitness as well as prepare students in the event they ever needed to defend themselves.<\/p>\n
